This page explains how to delete your FinishPilot account (the mobile app operated by Stepan Zarichnyi, a sole trader in the United Kingdom) and the data associated with it.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your FinishPilot account does not cancel a paid subscription, and we cannot cancel one for you — subscriptions are held by the app store, not by us. If you have Pro, cancel it in App Store → your name → Subscriptions (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android) before deleting, or you may continue to be charged after your account is gone.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Please include the email address of the account you want deleted. We aim to action requests within 2 business days.

| Credits you have paid for — generation packs and quick-invoice packs | Lost. They are tied to the account, so deleting it destroys any unused balance, and they are not restored if you sign up again. If you are holding credits you paid for, talk to us before you delete. |

Apart from that hash and the backup rotation noted above, nothing is retained. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again with the same e-mail address, your free-trial count carries over from the deleted account.
